Virtual Assistant Services: Preparing letters, quotes, bills, invoices, surveys, newsletters, and other documents. Most work can be suitably emailed back, but it can be faxed, posted or couriered. Telephone answering / virtual receptionist. Sourcing and ordering services and supplies. We provides transcription services for a range of companies and individuals. Digital Dictation can work in the following ways : You can record directly into your computer/Laptop via its microphone digital dictation program. (We can e-mail an easy to install dictation program to you if you would like us to). You can record into a hand held digital recorder and then download the file to your computer/Laptop. You e-mail your digital sound files to us DSS / WAV / MP3 (or use our secure file upload facility) and we will type it and email it back to you. You can record your voice on a micro or mini cassette recorder. Or, you can send us your documents handwritten and we will type it up and send it to you either by post, fax or email as requested. How long does it take to transcribe a recording? We speak seven times faster than we write and four times faster than we type so generally you should allow four times the length of a recording, although audio quality, number of people speaking, etc, could increase the time. A discount can be given if we are given a guaranteed amount of work each month. Prices: Audio Typing / Transcription: We charge per audio minute and not per hour. This means you know exactly how much each dictation will cost regardless of how long it has taken to type. It is estimated that a good quality dictation will take approximately 3-4 times it's length to transcribe. The typist then proof reads the document for accuracy. Prices vary depending the service you require. There is a minimum charge of £5.00. Please note our prices are subject to VAT. Audio transcription: Standard 24 hour service: £0.80 per audio minute. Sameday service: £0.90 per audio minute. Overnight service: £0.90 per audio minute. Weekend service: £0.90 per audio minute. 4 hour service: £1.00 per audio minute. Copy typing: £3.50 per page for full page of printed text. This can vary dependent upon amount of text on page or £8 per 1000 words. PA/Secretarial Services: £14 per hour - Letter writing, invoicing, diary management, itinerary planning, travel arrangement, event/meeting organisation, reminder services, general administrative support. Desktop Publishing: £20 per hour - Brochures, newsletters, menus, letterheads, invitations. Amendments: If typos or errors are made by Wizard Systems they will be amended free of charge provided the work is returned to us within 48 hours of the client receiving it. Invoice terms: We invoice fortnightly and payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice. Payments are to be made by cheque or on-line payment to Wizard Systems Limited. Payment for couriers and postage of materials will be borne by the client. Opening Hours: We take calls from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday but we transcribe in evenings and weekends as well. If you need to contact us after 6pm, we still pick up emails, but we will happily give you mobile numbers for extra means of contact.
